🔐 HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT
If you're an existing email subscriber but don't have a password yet:

Click the link in the email to create your password

You can then log in and purchase classes!
🎟️ ABOUT DROP-IN CLASSES
Question: Is the drop-in a subscription? Answer: NO! Drop-in classes are ONE-TIME purchases only. You pay $15 once and can attend one class. You will NOT be charged again.
Question: How long is my drop-in valid? Answer: Your drop-in access is valid for 1 week from the date of purchase.
Question: Can I attend both Tuesday AND Thursday with one drop-in? Answer: No, each $15 drop-in is good for ONE class only (either Tuesday OR Thursday).
Question: Will I be charged again? Answer: No! Drop-ins do NOT auto-renew. It's a single payment.
🔄 ABOUT MONTHLY ALL-ACCESS
Question: What's included in Monthly All-Access? Answer: Unlimited classes every Tuesday & Thursday at 12:15 PM EST, plus all special workshops and virtual events!
Question: Does it auto-renew? Answer: Yes! Your subscription renews automatically each month at $55 until you cancel.
Question: How do I cancel my monthly subscription? Answer: See "How to Cancel Your Monthly Plan" section below.
❌ HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY PLAN
Follow these steps to cancel your recurring subscription:

Log in to your account on our website

Click on your profile icon (top right corner)

Select "My Subscriptions" or "Account Settings"

Find "Monthly All-Access Virtual Classes"

Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Manage"

Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

📝 ABOUT THE LIABILITY WAIVER
Question: Do I need to complete a waiver? Answer: Yes! All participants must complete the liability waiver before attending their first class.
Question: When will I receive the waiver? Answer: Immediately after purchase! Check your email (and spam folder) for a welcome email with the waiver link.

Question: How do I get the Zoom link? Answer: Your Zoom link is included in your welcome email after purchase.
Question: What time are classes? Answer: All classes are at 12:15 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
